This book is far more than a Self Help Guide or a How-To Book. The author
actually includes template letters which can be used in so many situations. She has navigated tremendously difficult waters with great determination. This book offers alternatives for anyone in danger of foreclosure. Stephanie B even explains how it may be possible to protect your credit rating. How wonderful that she has documented her own struggle and shared her steadfast determination to maneuver and research opportunities to change the course of her family’s financial destiny. What a relief to know there is hope in holding onto our precious dwelling now that I have the resources explained so well.
